Waiter/Waitress in Bansko

The beautiful mountain town of Bansko is seeking experienced and friendly waiters/waitresses to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Bansko during the specified season
