We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to gather and analyze data to determine the exact measurements and boundaries of land and other features. Your main duties will include conducting surveys, preparing maps and reports, and ensuring accuracy of data collected.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to different job sites

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on various types of land including residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Use specialized equipment to take accurate measurements of land features
- Analyze collected data and prepare maps, reports, and drawings using computer software
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by performing quality control checks
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects that require land surveying services
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in surveying technology
