Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move materials at various construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators and other heavy equipment according to safety standards
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine the best approach for excavation
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or defects
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Communicate with the construction team to ensure smooth operation and completion of tasks
- Collaborate with ground crew and excavator assistant to ensure safe operation of the machinery
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including fuel usage, maintenance logs, and job site activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment
- Good knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery
- Physically fit and able to work in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to read construction plans and communicate effectively with the team
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
