Nurse Supervisor



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Plovdiv. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards of care
- Monitor patient care and provide guidance and support to nursing staff as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss updates, issues, and improvements within the department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of patient care
- Oversee inventory management for medical supplies, equipment, and medications
- Provide education and training opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the city of Plovdiv
- Minimum of 3 years experience in nursing, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of medical protocols, standards of care, and regulations specific to the city/country
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making critical decisions
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
