Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling, safety, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menus or dishes based on customer feedback and market trends
- Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) for financial reporting purposes

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This role is based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
