Head Chef - Plovdiv, Bulgaria

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You should have a passion for cooking and be able to lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are creative, appealing, and in line with current food trends
- Oversee all food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events or special menus

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month
