Sales Representative
We are a fast-growing company in the retail industry seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month without accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-EU candidates.
