Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals
- Communicate updates and progress reports to stakeholders regularly
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
