Waiter/Waitress


We are a highly rated restaurant in Plovdiv and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered to tables promptly
- Provide recommendations to guests on menu items
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and work station
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Plovdiv
