Land Surveyor - Plovdiv, Bulgaria

As a land surveyor in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing reports for various land development projects. Your main duties will include measuring and mapping the land, analyzing data, and providing accurate measurements and calculations. You will work closely with other professionals such as engineers and architects to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month and includes a free visa and ticket. Accommodation is not provided but assistance can be given in finding suitable housing. Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS equipment, total station, and laser scanning technology
- Prepare reports and maps based on survey data
- Analyze data and provide accurate measurements for land development projects
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure project specifications are met
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain project documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate project tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying or related field
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, and laser scanning technology
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Ability to interpret blueprints, maps, and legal descriptions
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
