Entry-Level Construction Manager
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria


We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Manager in Sofia. In this role, you will assist with planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects under the guidance of experienced managers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress and quality of work on job sites
- Manage project documentation and communicate updates to relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and techniques (experience not required)
- Fluent in Bulgarian (English proficiency is a plus)
