Part-Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Sofia. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You must have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and strong project management skills. This role requires someone who can work independently and has excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Accommodation can be provided if needed, but applicants with their own visa are preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for students or those looking for part-time work in the construction field. A salary of 1600$ will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
