Job Title: Crane Operator
Operate cranes to lift, move and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites or in industrial yards. Inspect crane for safety and ensure proper functioning before operation. Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew for precise load placement. Monitor weather conditions and adjust operation accordingly to ensure safety. Perform regular maintenance on crane, such as cleaning, greasing and replacing worn parts. Must have experience with different types of cranes and lifting equipment. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment is essential. Must be physically fit and able to work at heights.
