Construction Project Manager



We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Manama. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a strong understanding of project management principles. They should also have experience working with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and clients. This role will involve coordinating on-site activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and resolving any issues that may arise. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate. Salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Proactively identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders including clients, upper management, and investors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience working with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
