Sales Associate


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, be fluent in English, and have knowledge of the local market. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/customer service role
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
