We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the overall success of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and onboard new members of the sales team
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
