Administrative Director for English Speaking Contract Job in Dukhan, Qatar
We are hiring an Administrative Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company in Dukhan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in administrative work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Handle all financial management tasks, such as budgeting and expense tracking
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of financial management principles
- Experience managing a team is preferred
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided along with free visa and ticket.
