Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Lusail is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Manage project finances and track expenses
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and construction workers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
