Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Lusail. You will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Review and approve project plans, contracts, change orders, and other documents
- Conduct regular site visits to identify potential issues and provide solutions
- Communicate project updates to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Lusail (Open to Indians)
