Contract Restaurant Manager

As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant in Salalah. Your main duties will include managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial records. You must have previous experience in a similar role and excellent leadership skills. Accommodation is provided as part of the contract and this is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain financial records and create reports on sales, expenses, and profits
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events or promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and POS systems
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
