Part-Time Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule and the chance to gain valuable office experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have own visa to work in Al-Malikiyah
