Industrial Engineer

We are searching for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and increasing efficiency in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and be able to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
- Conduct time studies, create process flow diagrams, and develop work standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor production data, analyze trends, and make recommendations for further improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Train production employees on new processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with time studies, process flow diagrams, and work standards development
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment type: Contract (6 months)
