Gardener - Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our company's properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing garden plans according to client preferences and requirements.
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining various types of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Ensuring that all garden areas are kept clean, tidy, and free from debris.
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed to maintain plant health.
- Watering plants on a regular schedule and monitoring for signs of distress or disease.
- Trimming hedges and trees to maintain desired shape and size.
- Performing lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding.
- Maintaining garden tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Providing guidance to other gardening staff as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gardener in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs commonly found in Qatar's climate.
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment effectively and safely.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is preferred.
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills in English is required.
