Office Assistant
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar
We are hiring an Office Assistant with experience to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work well in a multicultural environment. Previous experience as an office assistant is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain a tidy reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with basic bookkeeping is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
