Land Surveyor

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and data collection to determine land boundaries, elevations, and features for construction and development projects. Your role will involve using various surveying equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use surveying equipment to collect accurate data on land measurements and elevations
- Create maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
- Assist with the preparation of construction layouts and site plans
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning
- Provide guidance on property boundaries and legal issues related to land ownership
- Keep accurate records of all survey data and prepare reports for clients
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, laser levels, etc.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We offer opportunities for growth within the company and provide training for professional development. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
