We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations. This is a contract position suitable for students or Indians looking for a part-time job.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and organize office documents, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Greet visitors and assist with inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
- Manage office supplies inventory and order when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, printing, and mailing
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Prior experience in an office environment preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi (if applying from India)
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Medina, but the candidate's nationality or location is not a strict requirement. We welcome applications from all candidates who meet the qualifications.

Please note: This job does not require fluency in English. However, candidates must have basic English skills to communicate effectively within the office environment.
