Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing files, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Order office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1100$
