As a Baker at our established bakery in Bayan, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious and high-quality baked goods for our customers. We are seeking a talented and experienced baker who takes pride in their craft and has a passion for producing exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings following established recipes
- Operate various baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and timing
- Decorate and finish products with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth production flow
- Keep work area clean and sanitized according to food safety standards
- Train new employees on baking procedures and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional baker in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, sugars, fats, and other ingredients used in baking
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy bags or trays
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is considered an asset

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with company benefits.
