Loader Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the loading and unloading of goods and materials onto trucks or other forms of transportation. This position requires proficiency in Malayalam language, as most of our team members are Malayalees.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the loading team.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure proper loading techniques are followed to prevent damage to goods.
- Communicate with warehouse staff to prioritize loading schedules.
- Inspect loaded trucks for accuracy and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods.
- Train new team members on loading procedures and safety protocols.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Malayalam language is a must.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of proper loading techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Salary: 1000$ per month
