Chef de Cuisine

We are hiring an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Manama. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and managing the culinary team. You should have a strong understanding of different cooking techniques and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, food ordering and inventory management, maintaining food quality and sanitation standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
