Dietitian

Our healthcare facility in Medina is seeking a qualified Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing and providing nutritional care to patients, as well as developing and implementing individualized meal plans. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments of patients to determine their dietary needs
- Develop personalized meal plans based on patients' medical conditions, allergies, and preferences
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Keep accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Valid license to practice as a Dietitian in Medina (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
