Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service
- Manage inventory levels and control costs
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and budgeting/financial management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
