Office Assistant - Indian Nationals
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position that requires experience and a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with payroll processing and record keeping
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport is mandatory
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
