Executive Chef - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food production
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments to maintain profitability
- Manage kitchen budget and control expenses
- Uphold standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards are met
- Handle customer feedback in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and plating presentations
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation is not provided.
