Office Assistant
Our company is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Malayalee or Egyptian candidate who is looking for an English speaking job without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Provide support to colleagues and managers in daily tasks
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa or Qatari ID
Salary: 900$ per month
