Office Assistant in Al-Wakra, Egypt
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Egypt. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This position includes a salary of 1300$, accommodation, and is open for Egyptian nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
