Industrial Painter



We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Zagreb. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of industrial surfaces such as metal, concrete, and wood. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and quality of work
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work flow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different types of paints and application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or sketches
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills in English (Croatian language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit for Croatia (visa sponsorship available)

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)
