We are seeking an entry-level Blast Furnace Worker to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. As a Blast Furnace Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of steel. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blast furnaces according to production schedules
- Ensure proper loading of raw materials and maintain appropriate levels
- Monitor temperature and pressure levels, adjusting as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and clean-up tasks on furnaces and surrounding areas
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs or report to maintenance team
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot, industrial environment for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team setting
