As a Puncher Supervisor, you will oversee a team of punchers and ensure the efficient and accurate completion of punching tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating work schedules, monitoring quality control, and providing training and guidance to new punchers. You must have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in punching or metalworking is preferred. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials. Salary for this position is 1500$ per month. Croatian nationality preferred but not required.
