Puncher in Zagreb with Accommodation

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Puncher to join our team in Zagreb. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching and preparing materials for the construction of various structures. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to punch holes, cut shapes, and bend materials according to specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch presses and other tools to punch holes in metal, plastic, or other materials
- Cut shapes and forms using shears, saws, or other cutting equipment
- Bend materials using press brakes or hand tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate punching and shaping of materials
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working on-site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina, as this role involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Knowledge of different types of materials and their properties is a plus
- Experience operating press brakes, shears, saws, or other cutting/bending equipment is preferred
