Rental Assistant - Zagreb, Croatia

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Rental Assistant to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. As a Rental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our rental company. Your main duties will include managing customer inquiries and reservations, maintaining rental inventory and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for rental. This part-time position does not include accommodation, so it is suitable for men with their own visa.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in the rental or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. As our company operates on a flexible schedule, candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our rental services
- Taking reservations over the phone or in person
- Maintaining accurate records of rental transactions
- Preparing vehicles for rental by cleaning and performing basic maintenance tasks
- Conducting vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Assisting with vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs
- Handling customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
