Slinger Operator



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Slinger Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a Slinger Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving and placing heavy materials using a crane or other lifting equipment. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the construction or industrial field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes and hoists to lift, move, and place materials on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, rigging plans, and load charts to determine proper equipment operation and placement of materials
- Conduct daily pre-use inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate material movement
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Slinger Operator in the construction or industrial field
- Knowledge of different types of cranes, hoists, rigging equipment, and lifting procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and load charts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects regularly
- Valid visa status for working in Zagreb
