We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Debt Collection Specialist to join our team in Zagreb. As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Your main goal will be to minimize our company's financial losses while maintaining positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as previous experience in debt collection or customer service.
