Adjuster - Insurance Claims Specialist

We are a leading insurance company based in Zagreb and we are looking for an experienced Adjuster to join our team. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and settlement amounts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering necessary information from policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties
- Analyze coverage and determine the extent of the company's liability
- Review policy documents and determine if claims fall within coverage limits
- Conduct on-site inspections of damage or loss to property or vehicles
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with claimants
- Process and document claim information accurately and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of all claim activities and communicate updates to relevant parties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Adjuster or in a similar role within the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
