Surveyor Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Surveyor Assistant. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone without experience in the field but with a strong interest in surveying and a willingness to learn. This is a contract position based in Zagreb, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting surveyors with data collection and analysis
- Maintaining equipment and tools used for surveying
- Conducting field surveys under the guidance of senior surveyors
- Preparing reports and presenting findings to project teams
- Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in a related field such as geography or engineering
- Basic knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment, such as GPS devices or total stations (training will be provided if necessary)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data
- Good physical fitness, as this job requires spending long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from senior surveyors
- Fluent English language skills (knowledge of Croatian is considered an asset)
