Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with safety regulations
- Load and unload materials from machines
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and meet productivity targets
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
