Smelter Operator

Our company in Pula is currently seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating and maintaining smelting equipment, along with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

As a Smelter Operator, your main responsibility will be to oversee the smelting process, including loading and unloading materials, monitoring equipment performance, and adjusting settings as needed. You will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.

To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience working in a smelting facility.
