Contract Mechanic in Pula, Croatia


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team on a contract basis in Pula, Croatia. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle and equipment issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Use diagnostic tools to identify complex problems and make necessary repairs
- Repair or replace damaged or worn parts
- Test vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs are completed
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Communicate with customers about necessary repairs and estimated costs
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a mechanic
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
