Insurance Claims Adjuster
As an Insurance Claims Adjuster in Pula, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine their validity. Your role will involve reviewing policy coverage, collecting evidence, and negotiating settlements with policyholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Keep detailed records of investigations and settlements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred
- Prior experience in insurance claims adjusting is required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with involved parties, including policyholders, witnesses, and legal counsel
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of insurance laws and policies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for on-site investigations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Insurance Adjusting
- Bilingual in English and Croatian

Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation. This position is suitable for both men and women.
