We are hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines in our production facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of our machines, while maintaining high-quality standards for our products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify any potential issues
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or technical problems that may arise during production
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments to machines
- Keep records of production output and machine maintenance activities
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with different types of machinery such as presses, lathes, drills, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow written instructions
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
